We are Fabio and Marius, two friends with a passion for excellent pizzas. With Forza Napoli we have opened a pizza delivery service in Munich that offers high-quality ingredients, fast delivery and warm service. Fabio's Italian roots and passionate devotion to pizzas make our creations unique. Marius brings his expertise in finance and human resources management to ensure a smooth and efficient team. The dough

Our dough is characterized by its light, airy consistency. It is made entirely in our own factory and undergoes a special kneading technique and a dough preparation period of 48 hours. This makes the dough particularly digestible and develops its unique taste. Every step is done by hand and with great attention to detail.

The ingredients

Real San Marzano tomatoes exude the Mediterranean flair of the Gulf of Naples and form the perfect base. Combined with Fior di latte mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella from sustainable and species-appropriate animal husbandry, a harmonious taste is created. Whether you choose a spicier Italian salami, the finest chorizo from Spain or a vegetarian version with fresh vegetables is entirely up to you.

Neapolitan style

Our model is the original from Naples: a light dough with an extra long fermentation phase and a quick baking time at high heat. It is slightly runny in the middle and lightly cloudy on the outside with a crispy crust.
